A full first build is ~593 credits: a hero still (~25), a cinematic motion video (~340), and the complete site (~228). Wiring the motion to scroll costs nothing. Extra images, full-page rewrites (~75 cr), and chat edits draw from the same pool.

Publishing is hosting, so it needs an active plan. If a subscription lapses your site is paused rather than deleted — visitors see a short placeholder, and your project, content, and domain settings are kept. Resubscribing puts it back online within minutes. Export a ZIP on Pro or Premium if you want an offline copy first.

Paid plans reset on your billing date. Free accounts get a small credit grant back every 24 hours — enough to explore prompts and stills, not a full build. Either way the Agent tells you exactly when your credits return and what upgrading would give you. Unused credits do not roll over except as a bonus when you upgrade mid-cycle.

Yes. Paid plans keep Classic Studio at /3d-builder. Open it from your profile under Classic Studio, or from any Recent 3D Project card. New builds use the Agent — same subscription credits.
